Wandering Dojo /wän-dər-iŋ doh-joh/ — a place of practice that isn’t fixed to one spot.
A dojo is where a craft gets trained, refined, and shared. Ours just happens to have wheels. Wherever we set up — a wedding tent, an office lobby, a backyard — that spot becomes, for a few hours, a small place of practice: pour, focus, presence, repeat.

The Wandering Dojo is based in King-Lincoln Bronzeville, and that neighborhood shapes everything from our menu (the Bronzeville Cortado is named for it) to where we choose to show up first.
