Brand Activation Coffee Cart

A dojo teaches discipline in service of others. At a brand activation, that service is your brand, poured one cup at a time.

Product launches, store openings, pop-ups, sampling days, trade show booths and press events. The Wandering Dojo brings a full mobile espresso bar to your Columbus activation and dresses it in your brand.

A good activation gives people a reason to walk over and stay a few minutes. A handcrafted latte with your name on the cup does that better than a flyer.

Perfect for: Product launches, retail and store openings, pop-up shops, sampling campaigns, trade show and conference booths, influencer and press events, sponsor lounges, and festival activations.

How we make it yours

• Your logo on the cart. Your branding on our menu board and cart signage, so the bar reads as yours from across the room.

• Printed cups or sleeves. Your logo, campaign art or a QR code on every cup that walks away from the cart.

• A custom signature drink. We'll build a drink around your brand or launch and name it for you, alongside our own signature pours like the toasted-coconut-and-vanilla Wanderer.

• Product sampling. Food and beverage brands can have their product worked into a drink or served alongside the coffee, as long as it comes from a licensed producer.

Built for activations: We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service to set up, and that time is never billed against your service hours. The cart is compact, about 4 feet by 28 inches, and carries its own fresh and waste water, so it fits a booth, a storefront or a sidewalk.

For most indoor activations, all we ask for is two dedicated 15–20 amp circuits. Cups, lids, napkins and stir sticks are included, with oat milk and decaf available on request.

Plan ahead for printed pieces: Printed cups and sleeves need production time after you approve the artwork, so book at least 4 weeks out if they're part of the plan. Signage and a custom drink can come together faster.

What to expect:

Brand activations start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours of coffee service. Branding (signage, printed cups or sleeves, a custom drink and sampling) is quoted on top, based on what your activation needs.

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
