Office Coffee Cart Catering in Easton

Easton began as a partnership between Limited Brands and the Georgetown Company, and since it opened in 1999, Easton Town Center has grown to draw more than 30 million visitors a year. Around it are offices, hotels and newer development like Easton Gateway, making it one of the busiest business districts in northeast Columbus. The Wandering Dojo brings a staffed espresso bar to Easton-area offices, hotels and events, with a barista pulling every drink to order.

Planning around Easton

Easton Town Center is privately managed, so pop-ups and activations there go through center management. For offices and hotels, tell us the entrance, where we can park to unload and who signs us in, and we'll confirm power and setup before the day.

Why teams book us

Easton's offices and hotels run busy calendars, and a coffee break has to fit between meetings. A staffed bar with every drink made to order keeps the line moving, and quotes are built around a guest-count range because RSVPs change. Every booking includes the Classics menu, hot or iced, and you can add Signature Pours or a custom drink named for your team. See the full menu.

Pricing and logistics

Events start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours, with more carts and baristas added as your guest count grows. A 50% deposit holds your date. We need two separate dedicated 15 to 20 amp circuits at the setup spot. For outdoor events, plan a covered backup location in case of rain.

Questions we hear in Easton

Do you travel to Easton?

Yes. Easton is part of our regular Central Ohio service area, along with Gahanna and New Albany nearby.

Can you set up at Easton Town Center?

Events inside the town center go through center management, so start with them and we'll provide the certificate of insurance and setup details they ask for.

Can you serve a hotel meeting or conference?

Often, yes. Hotels set their own rules for outside food and beverage, so send us the venue and date and we'll check.

How many guests can one cart serve?

Each barista serves about 50 drinks an hour. A 60-person meeting over two hours runs on one barista, while a break where everyone arrives at once may need a second. We size it in your quote.
