Employee appreciation days, staff appreciation weeks, service anniversaries and team milestones. The Wandering Dojo sets up a staffed mobile coffee bar where your people already are and makes every drink to order.

Most appreciation gifts are forgotten by Friday. A barista making each person's drink their way, with their name on the cup, is the kind of thank-you people still mention the next week.

Built for a busy workplace

• Service on your schedule. Book the hours that fit your day, from a 2-hour morning rush to a longer window that reaches second shift.

• Sized to your crowd. Each barista serves about 50 drinks an hour. A 90-person office over two hours runs on one barista. A shift break that brings everyone at once gets more baristas or carts, and we size that in your quote.

• Your company on the cup. Printed cups or sleeves with your logo, or a custom drink named for the team. Printed pieces need at least 4 weeks.

• Everyone included. Decaf espresso, oat milk that is always free, and hot cocoa, chai, matcha and loose-leaf tea for the non-coffee drinkers.

Mark the calendar: Employee Appreciation Day falls on the first Friday in March, Administrative Professionals Day in late April, Teacher Appreciation Week in the first full week of May, and National Nurses Week on May 6 to 12. These dates book up first, so send yours early.

Built for the workday: We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service to set up, and that time is never billed against your service hours. The cart is compact, about 4 feet by 28 inches, and carries its own fresh and waste water. For most indoor events, all we ask for is two dedicated 15–20 amp circuits. Schools, hospitals and secure buildings often have their own vendor rules, so tell us the site and we'll send a certificate of insurance and anything else they need.

What to expect:

Appreciation events start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours, and your price grows with guest count, hours and carts. Quotes are built around a guest-count range, because headcounts change.

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
