How Our Pricing Works
Your quote is built around your event, not a one-size package. Here's exactly what shapes it.
Every event is different, so we don't post one price. Tell us your date, guest count and hours, and we'll send a custom quote within 48 hours, with Ohio sales tax shown. Ready? Request a quote or call 614.648.5371.
Four things shape your price
Guest count. We serve events from 25 to 300 guests and plan around one drink per guest.
Hours of service. Book the time you need, with a 2-hour minimum.
How fast your crowd needs to be served. A big crowd in a short window needs more hands than the same crowd spread across an afternoon.
Carts and baristas. Each cart runs with one or two baristas, and each barista serves about 50 drinks an hour. When your crowd outpaces one cart, we add another. A second barista on a cart costs less than a second cart.
An example
300 guests over 2 hours is about 150 drinks an hour. At 50 drinks an hour per barista, that takes three baristas, so we bring three carts.

Optional add-ons
A Signature Pours set, a custom signature pour made for your event, or a branded cart. Each appears as its own line on your quote, so you only pay for what you choose.
Booking
A 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due the day of your event. Bookings made a week or less before an event may add costs.
Common questions
Why isn't there a price list?
A 25-person office party and a 300-guest company event shouldn't cost the same. A custom quote means you pay for your event only.
What if my guest count changes?
Give us your best estimate. If the number shifts, tell us and we'll update your quote.
Is there a minimum?
Yes: 25 guests for 2 hours.
