Coffee Cart Catering in Pickerington
Pickerington is the Violet Capital of Ohio, a title the Ohio Legislature gave it in 1996, and it celebrates every year with the Pickerington Violet Festival. From Olde Pickerington Village to OhioHealth Pickerington Methodist Hospital and the Pickerington Local Schools, the city's largest employers, there is always a team or a family to gather. The Wandering Dojo brings a staffed espresso bar to Pickerington offices, schools, community events and private gatherings, with a barista pulling every drink to order.

Planning around Pickerington
Hospitals and schools have their own vendor and insurance rules, so tell us the site and we'll send a certificate of insurance and anything else they need. For homes and park shelters, tell us where the cart will sit, how we get there and where the power is, and we'll confirm the details before the day.
Why teams book us
Pickerington's biggest teams work around the clock or around the school bell. A staffed bar with every drink made to order fits into a shift change or a teacher planning day, and quotes are built around a guest-count range because headcounts change. Every booking includes the Classics menu, hot or iced, and you can add Signature Pours or a custom drink named for your team. See the full menu.
Pricing and logistics
Events start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours, with more carts and baristas added as your guest count grows. A 50% deposit holds your date. We need two separate dedicated 15 to 20 amp circuits at the setup spot. For outdoor events, plan a covered backup location in case of rain.
Thanking your staff? See our employee appreciation coffee bar. Celebrating a graduate? See our graduation party coffee bar. Nearby, we also serve Reynoldsburg.
