High school open houses, college graduation parties, commencement brunches and family celebrations at home. The Wandering Dojo brings a staffed mobile coffee bar to your backyard, garage, park shelter or party room and makes every drink to order.

Most Central Ohio grad parties run as open houses, with guests dropping in all afternoon. A coffee bar gives early arrivals something to do, keeps the line short when the crowd peaks and gives everyone a better reason to stay than another slice of sheet cake.

Perfect for: High school graduation open houses, college and graduate school celebrations, commencement weekend brunches, nursing and professional school pinning parties, and joint parties for friends graduating together.

What to pour on a summer afternoon

• Iced, made to order. Iced lattes from the Classics, including Vanilla Bean, Salted Caramel and Rich Mocha, plus cold-brew Signature Pours like Sensei's Switcha.

• A drink in the school colors. A custom signature pour named for the graduate.

• Something for every generation. Hot drinks and decaf for the grandparents, and hot cocoa, chai, matcha and tea for the guests who skip coffee.

• The grad's name on the cups. Printed cups or sleeves need at least 4 weeks, so order them early.

Plan for the season: Graduation season packs a lot of parties into a few weekends, from late May into the summer. Send your date as soon as it is set. For backyard and garage parties, pick a shaded spot for the cart and a covered backup in case of rain, and we'll check the power with you: we need two separate dedicated 15–20 amp circuits.

Book the hours your party runs: Drop-in crowds spread out, so one barista covers more guests over a long afternoon than at a party where everyone arrives at once. Each barista serves about 50 drinks an hour, and we size the bar in your quote.

What to expect:

Graduation parties start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours, and your price grows with guest count, hours and carts. Oat milk is always free.

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the party.
