What you get

Pricing and logistics
Packages start at $1,250 for 4 hours of service for 50–100 guests, with longer shifts for larger teams. A 50% deposit holds your date. We need two separate dedicated 15–20 amp circuits at the setup spot, and we'll coordinate load-in and parking with your building or venue. For outdoor events, plan a covered backup spot in case of rain.

Questions we hear
Do you do client appreciation events?
Yes. A coffee bar gives clients a reason to stop in and stay awhile, and we can name a custom drink for your practice.
Can you set up at a home?
Usually, yes. The cart needs a level spot and access to two dedicated circuits. Send us a photo of the space and we'll confirm.
How many people can one cart serve?
A standard booking covers 50–100 guests. Larger events get extra help behind the bar. More on guest counts.
