Office holiday parties, client open houses, year-end all-hands and family gatherings. The Wandering Dojo brings a staffed mobile coffee bar to your Columbus party, with a barista making every drink to order.

Holiday parties run long, and a coffee bar gives people somewhere to gather between the toast and the gift exchange. Add our Signature Pours and the cold-brew Dojo Old Fashioned gives guests who skip the bar a zero-proof drink worth ordering.

What we pour for the season

• Seasonal Classics. The Pumpkin Pie Latte, Rich Mocha, Salted Caramel Latte and Vanilla Bean Latte come with every booking, hot or iced.

• Something for everyone. Hot cocoa, chai, matcha and loose-leaf tea for guests who skip coffee, and decaf espresso for evening parties.

• A drink named for your team. We can build a custom signature pour around your company or your party theme.

• Your logo on the cups. Printed cups or sleeves turn every drink into a thank-you from the company. Book at least 4 weeks out if you want them.

Book early: Holiday party season is short, and most parties land in the same few weeks of December. Send your date as soon as it is set and we will confirm availability in your quote. Bookings made a week or less before an event may add costs.

Built for the workday: We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service to set up, and that time is never billed against your service hours. The cart is compact, about 4 feet by 28 inches, and carries its own fresh and waste water. For most indoor events, all we ask for is two dedicated 15–20 amp circuits. Hosting at a restaurant or event venue? Check its outside catering policy, and we'll send a certificate of insurance if the venue needs one.

What to expect:

Holiday parties start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours, and your price grows with guest count, hours and carts. Cups, lids, napkins and stir sticks are included, and oat milk is always free.

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
