Public open houses, broker opens, model home and new community openings, apartment leasing events and client appreciation parties. The Wandering Dojo sets up a staffed mobile coffee bar, so every visitor walks through with a warm cup in hand.

Made for agents and builders

• Your brand on the cup. Your logo, your brokerage or a QR code to the listing on printed cups or sleeves. Printed pieces need at least 4 weeks.

• A drink named for the launch. A custom signature pour for a new community or a client event.

• Fits the house. The cart is about 4 feet by 28 inches and carries its own fresh and waste water, so it sets up in a garage, on a porch or in a model home.

• Power planned ahead. We need two separate dedicated 15–20 amp circuits. In a new build, confirm the power is live before the date.

Open house hours: Open houses run on drop-in traffic, so book the hours your doors are open. Smaller open houses fit our starting package, while broker events and community launches get more hours or a second barista. Tell us what you expect and we'll size it.

We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service to set up, and that time is never billed against your service hours. If the event is at a community clubhouse or a venue, we'll send a certificate of insurance if they need one.

What to expect:

Real estate events start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours, and your price grows with guest count, hours and carts. Branding is quoted on top.

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
