How Much Does Coffee Cart Catering Cost in Columbus?
If you're planning an event in Columbus and weighing whether a coffee cart fits the budget, here's the straightforward version.
The starting rate:
The Wandering Dojo's catering starts at $1,250 for a 4-hour event serving 50-100 guests. That's a full espresso bar — machine, cart, barista, and our full Classics menu — not a flat coffee-urn setup.
What's on the Classics menu:
Every booking includes the Classics: espresso, latte, cappuccino, macchiato, and cortado, plus four flavored lattes made with house-blended syrups — a Vanilla Bean Latte, a Salted Caramel Latte, a Rich Mocha, and a Pumpkin Pie Latte. Those four pour hot or iced.
Adding signature pours:
Our six signature drinks — The Wanderer, The Long Way, The Firewalker, the Bronzeville Cortado, the Dojo Old Fashioned, and Sensei's Switcha — can be added to any event for $150. If you'd rather have something built specifically for your event, a custom signature pour is $200, which covers the recipe development and a test batch before the day itself.
What changes the price:
Two things move the number from there: how many guests you're serving, and how many hours you need us on-site. Smaller, shorter events cost less; larger, longer ones cost more. Because final headcounts almost always shift after invitations go out, quotes are built around a guest-count range rather than an exact number.
Booking terms:
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due the day of the event.
What's not included:
Pricing is for the coffee bar itself — there are no other bundled services baked into the base price. The signature pours are the one menu upgrade, at the $150 and $200 tiers above.
