Store openings, ribbon cuttings, new office and clinic openings, leasing center launches and anniversary celebrations. The Wandering Dojo brings a staffed mobile coffee bar to your door, so the first people through it have a reason to stay.

A grand opening is about foot traffic. A free latte made to order brings neighbors in off the sidewalk, keeps them in the space long enough to look around and sends them home with your name on the cup.

How we help you fill the room

• A bar people walk toward. The cart sets up at your entrance, on the sidewalk or inside the space, wherever you want traffic to go.

• Your name on every cup. Printed cups or sleeves with your logo or a QR code, plus your branding on the cart signage.

• A drink made for the day. A custom signature pour named for your business, ready for the ribbon-cutting photos.

• Ready before the ribbon. We arrive 1 to 1.5 hours before service to set up, so coffee is ready when the doors open. Setup time is never billed against your service hours.

Opening a new build? Power is the one thing to check. We need two dedicated 15–20 amp circuits near the setup spot. The cart carries its own fresh and waste water, so the plumbing does not need to be finished.

Plan ahead for printed pieces: Printed cups and sleeves need production time after you approve the artwork, so book at least 4 weeks out if they're part of the plan. Signage and a custom drink can come together faster.

What to expect:

Grand openings start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours of coffee service. Branding is quoted on top, based on what your opening needs.

A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
