On a busy show floor, free espresso is one of the few things that reliably pulls people into a booth. While the barista works, your team gets a few minutes with every visitor.

Built for the show floor

• Fits a standard booth. The cart is about 4 feet by 28 inches, which leaves room for your team and your display in a 10x10.

• No plumbing needed. The cart carries its own fresh and waste water, so we don't need a water hookup on the floor.

• Power through your show order. We need two dedicated 15–20 amp circuits. Order them with your booth electrical from the show contractor, and send us the exhibitor manual so we can check the details.

• Your brand on every cup. Logo signage on the cart, printed cups or sleeves, and a custom drink named for your product. Printed pieces need at least 4 weeks.

Check the venue first: Many convention centers and hotels have exclusive food and beverage contracts, and some only allow outside coffee service with approval or a fee. Check your exhibitor manual or ask your show manager before you book, and we'll provide the certificate of insurance the venue asks for.

Sized to your traffic: Each barista serves about 50 drinks an hour. A steady booth crowd usually runs on one barista. For a conference break where hundreds of attendees arrive at once, we add baristas and carts so the line keeps moving.

What to expect:

Show and conference service starts at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours. For multi-day shows, tell us the hours for each day and we'll quote the full run. Branding is quoted on top.

A 50% deposit secures your dates, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
