Office Coffee Cart Catering in Polaris
Polaris is one of Central Ohio's biggest office districts. The 1,200-acre Polaris Centers of Commerce surrounds Polaris Fashion Place along Polaris Parkway, and JPMorgan Chase's McCoy Center alone houses about 13,000 employees. The Wandering Dojo brings a staffed espresso bar to Polaris offices, campuses, hotels and events, with a barista pulling every drink to order.

Planning around Polaris
Large campuses come with security desks, loading docks and building rules. Tell us the address, the entrance or dock to use, where we can park to unload and who signs us in, and we'll confirm power and setup before the day. Many office buildings ask for a certificate of insurance naming the property manager, so let us know early.
Why teams book us
Polaris teams are big and run on tight meeting schedules. A staffed bar with every drink made to order turns a break into a real pause, and quotes are built around a guest-count range because RSVPs change. Every booking includes the Classics menu, hot or iced, and you can add Signature Pours or a custom drink named for your team. See the full menu.
Pricing and logistics
Events start at $825 for 25 guests and 2 hours, with more carts and baristas added as your guest count grows. A 50% deposit holds your date. We need two separate dedicated 15 to 20 amp circuits at the setup spot. For outdoor events, plan a covered backup location in case of rain.

Questions we hear in Polaris
Do you travel to Polaris?
Yes. Polaris is part of our regular Central Ohio service area, along with Westerville and Worthington next door.
Can you serve a large campus in waves?
Yes. Book the hours that cover each floor or shift, and we size the baristas to the busiest hour. Each barista serves about 50 drinks an hour.
Can you serve at a hotel or event venue?
Often, yes. Hotels and venues set their own rules for outside food and beverage, so send us the venue and date and we'll check.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Tell us who needs to be named when you request a quote and we'll send it with your booking.
