Coffee Cart Catering in Grandview Heights

Grandview Heights packs a lot into a small footprint. Grandview Yard, at State Route 315 and I-670, lists Nationwide Insurance, Ernst & Young, C.H. Robinson and OhioHealth among its tenants, and the neighborhood around it has its own market, library and walkable events. The Wandering Dojo brings a staffed espresso bar to Grandview offices, venues and community gatherings.

Events we're built for here

  • Employee appreciation days and team mornings for Grandview Yard offices

  • Client events, launches and receptions at Grandview Yard venues, including The Grand Event Center

  • Open houses and grand openings for new Grandview businesses

  • Neighborhood events, school gatherings and community days

  • Private events, showers and graduation parties at home

Planning around Grandview

Grandview Yard is a managed campus with its own venues and parks, so details matter. Tell us where the cart will sit, how we get there and who to check in with, and we'll confirm the route and timing before the day. Public spaces such as Ray E. DeGraw Park require a Special Event Application through the City of Grandview Heights, so if you're hosting there, bring us in early. The neighborhood also has the Grandview Heights Farmers' Market on Sundays at Larson Middle School and the library's annual Chocolate Walk, which are good reminders that this is a community that shows up for local events.

Why teams book us

A barista pulling lattes turns a meeting break into something people talk about afterward. Every booking includes the Classics menu, hot or iced. Add Signature Pours, or a custom drink named for your company or event. See the full menu.

Pricing and logistics

Packages start at $1,250 for 4 hours of service for 50 to 100 guests, with longer shifts and extra help for larger events. A 50% deposit holds your date. We need two separate dedicated 15 to 20 amp circuits at the setup spot. For outdoor events, plan a covered backup location in case of rain.
